Trip to QC part 2 :)

We all had a great time in the QC! Even though it was bitter cold!! It was maybe -2 there, which amazingly felt colder than the -20 weather up here! It was about -20 here shortly after we got home. Luckily the weather was great for our trip home (except for the coldness of course).

Got some good pictures while we were there. Unfortunately my camera never made it out of my purse at Fay's house! :( I made sure to hunt it up and take it there! And then I got so busy visiting that I didn't get it out to take any pics :(

Trip to QC

We had a fun drive to Iowa with all the damn snow...

luckily Beatrice is a great driver ;)

I've been trying for 2 days now to post a bunch of new pictures... but apparently blogger is experiencing some issues ~ probably just when I'm trying to post pictures ;)
Anyway, I was able to get two of them loaded up, so here they are...

Beatrice Likes her new Gym :)

Duncan and Beatrice have been doing a lot of hanging out together lately. She thinks he's hysterically funny - even when he's not doing anything! Here they are checking out one of his cars.

I have a bunch more with these two - of course we haven't seen a whole lot of Maria since we got the computer hooked up with the internet upstairs ;) I was surprised when she asked to play the gamecube this morning... so she was actually hanging out with us most of the day...

Where did Duncan go?

Duncan started doing this at dinner last night - and I wished I would have jumped up and got the video camera, but then he started doing it again at lunch today :) Hilarious!

The New Year ;)

Hope everyone is having a good year so far! Things are going pretty good here.

We got a wireless router and all got wireless cards for our various devices ;) I can check email and such from my pda - kind of in a limited way, but it's been really nice to be able to check email from the kitchen. We got Maria a palmtop (cross between a laptop and a pda) for christmas with a wireless card - we've been having problems getting it to work properly, so Mike hooked up his old laptop upstairs for her with the wireless card and we haven't seen her since ;) she's pretty happy about being on the internet finally! She gets to look up Zac Efron and all those teenaged Disney boys! :)

Duncan got his table back (the x-mas tree was on it) but then got it taken away within a couple of hours --- he's a climber!

So much so that she even fell asleep in it last night!!

Jo Jo decided to take over Sally's doggie bed! what a goof! they ended up having a huge fight over it... while the babies were sleeping of course!
