Packed in...

Amazingly, we have had several productive packing days! We probably have about 70 boxes packed. Most of the important stuff is ready to go. We just have to pack a couple more boxes of important stuff and then go through some of the junk that's left ;) The kitchen is full of boxes!

This is how Duncan relaxes after a long day of packing

It's hard to believe that we've been here almost two years. It seems like longer. It seems like forever ago we were trekking that U-Haul up here from Iowa. And it seems like so long ago that we were moving into this house. I was looking for pics of the kids from when we moved up here, but of course we packed up the desktop already - and that's where most of my pics are... but I did find one on the family photo site of the kids from our first night in this house. It will be sad leaving.

It's unbelievable how much these two have grown since we moved in here.

Hopefully this move goes a lot better than the one here from Iowa!!

awwwwwwwww When you look at the difference in kids pics you really realize the passage of time. Hope things are going well with the move.

We see some signs of spring here, hope you are too.

Thought I'd pop in for a visit, say hi.

Ok, so not sure whats going on with the blogs. Visited all three of yours this am to see how things were going. Left you a comment here which I see isn't here; then went onto your crochet one to see if there was anything new, then onto your everyday one. I tried to leave you a comment on your everyday one; but can't see any comment space??? I ran my mouse aruond a bit thinking maybe it was just hard to see due to the dark background...no luck. Sigh

So, here's the comment I was going to leave there; where it makes more sense. Sorry to hear of your troubles with UHaul and I hope you got a big discount for the trouble with the gas leak, the delay in your trip, the night in the hotel, and the tire. They really need to check those out before they let them off the lot. We had a similar situation with a motor home once and hubby flat out told them he wasn't paying the full price, and they agreed. You should not have to deal with all that.

Now the first comment I left here for this blog that disappeared was about the passage of time being so evident when looking at the cute pictures of the kids.

I hope things are going well for you, calming down and you're getting all settled in.

Stop in for a visit
Sandy
